About Us
Okwuegbulem Empowerment Foundation (OEF) is a registered not-for-profit organization in Nigeria, committed to transforming lives through education empowerment. We exist to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity by supporting indigent and underprivileged students who are eager to learn but lack the financial means to access quality education.
Education is not a privilege—it is a right. At OEF, we believe that when a child is educated, a family is uplifted, a community is strengthened, and a nation is empowered. Our work focuses on ensuring that no child is denied education because of poverty.
We collaborate with individuals, schools, communities, corporate bodies, and development partners to provide scholarships, learning materials, mentorship, and educational support services across Nigeria.

Our Mission
To empower indigent students in Nigeria by providing access to education through scholarships, learning resources, mentorship, and advocacy—thereby reducing illiteracy, poverty, and social inequality.
