Michael Chibundu Okwu is a seasoned operations and management professional with over a decade of experience across high-impact industries. He currently serves as Chairman of the Okwuegbulem Empowerment Foundation, where he combines professional expertise with a strong passion for service to humanity.

Michael obtained a National Diploma from Lagos State Polytechnic (2007). He began his career in the water production sector, spending seven years as Assistant Manager at Mitonago Investment Ltd., where he oversaw daily operations, ensured quality and safety compliance, managed sales and inventory, and built strong customer and distributor relationships.

He currently works as a Travel Consultant and Operations Staff at Skyepioneer Solutions Limited, coordinating complex travel arrangements and delivering exceptional customer service. These experiences have strengthened his skills in operations management, client relations, teamwork, and timely service delivery.

As Chairman of the Foundation, Michael is committed to advancing empowerment through education, skills development, and community upliftment. His leadership emphasizes efficiency, reliability, and inclusive growth, supported by strengths in operations management, customer service, communication, and time management.
